KPS Client Portal

Terms of Service

Updated September 7, 2026

Purpose and authorized use

These terms govern use of the KPS Client Portal, operated by KPS Total Property Care, LLC. Use of the KPS Client Portal is limited to authorized clients and their approved representatives. Protect your login details and access only records you are authorized to view. Portal information does not replace your written service agreement or applicable invoice and payment terms.

If you do not agree with these terms, stop using the portal and contact KPS for help with an alternative way to manage the relevant service or work.

Your account

Use your own authorized account, keep your credentials private, and provide accurate information. Requesting access does not create an account or grant permission. Report suspected unauthorized access promptly. KPS may restrict access when needed to protect records, investigate misuse or reflect a change in your authorization.

Records, agreements and transactions

Take reasonable care when entering information and notify KPS about errors. Draft estimates, provisional schedules and unapproved records are not final commitments. Applicable written service, engagement, compensation and payment agreements continue to govern the activities they cover. Portal displays do not independently modify those agreements or override rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Use the designated payment flow to make a payment and retain your confirmation. Contact KPS about invoice or payment discrepancies. A service inquiry or access request does not confirm a booking.

Confidentiality and acceptable use

Access only information you are authorized to use. Do not impersonate another person, share credentials, upload malicious or unlawful material, interfere with the portal, bypass access controls or disclose private records without authorization or another lawful basis. Provide only material you have permission to submit.

Messaging, support tickets and AI assistance

When available, portal messages and tickets may be used to ask questions and communicate with KPS about your account, services or work. Include accurate, relevant details and only attachments you have authority to share. Do not send passwords, complete payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive personal information. Sending a message or receiving an automated acknowledgment does not confirm a booking, approve a change, or guarantee a response time.

Portal support is not an emergency service and should not be relied on for immediate assistance. For urgent service concerns, call KPS at (800) 393-4921. For an immediate threat to life or safety, contact emergency services.

Two-way portal messaging is available. AI chat and support ticket tracking remain planned features. If AI assistance is introduced, it will be identified as automated and may provide incomplete or incorrect answers. It will not independently authorize pricing, refunds, service commitments or account changes. You will be able to request human assistance; submitting a ticket for review will not imply that a person has already reviewed it.

Ownership, availability and external services

KPS content, branding, logos and trademarks are owned by or licensed to KPS Total Property Care, LLC; other names and marks remain the property of their respective owners. Portal availability may be interrupted and records can contain errors. Contact KPS to confirm information relevant to a decision. Linked websites and service providers have their own applicable terms and practices.
